Prestige recently completed a kitchen remodel in our home by removing a bi-level counter and replacing the countertops with a light-colored quartzite. Their showroom is beautiful and provided a large number of samples to inspire ideas. Jennifer was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and patient while guiding us through the decision process. Once we selected our stone, Sharon worked closely with us, sharing recommendations for how the slabs would be cut to best suit our kitchen layout. AMAZING company with highly skilled craftsmen. I've worked with them on many projects and they know what they are doing. Honest people that are very experienced and care about what they are doing.

I selected Prestige because they did our master bath very well 3 years ago. This time around, a much different story. Salesperson made many assumptions with the design of the two additional bathrooms without verifying with owner (tile layout, threshold, shower location, etc). Salesperson had a 25% restocking fee for everything, and didn't include tax on the refund (9%) (restocking fee only applied to stone). Took 11 weeks on a 5-week project. Best workers were the subcontractors, not the employees. Foreman on the job was ill-equipped to be a foreman.
