I can't recommend Peartree highly enough. Brooks and Jim provided daily progress updates and sent photos so we could see exactly how everything was coming along. This level of transparency made all the difference, especially since we were managing the renovation remotely. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Jim and Brooks addressed them promptly and professionally. Remote renovations (this one included partially removing a wall) can be stressful and full of unknowns, but working with Peartree eliminated so much of that anxiety.
