Our experience with Peartree homes was exceptional. From our very first meeting, David and Brooks took a personal interest in our small apartment remodeling job and worked with us in every way to meet our delayed timeline without hesitation. Although they had come highly recommended and we had seen their work , the quality of the remodel exceeded our expectations in every way. David and Brooks along with their team, Molly, Jim and Jonathan were efficient, timely and professional throughout the remodel. We hired Peartree to build an addition for our house that included a nursery, a bathroom, and a mudroom. They did great work. We really enjoyed working with David, Brooks, and Jim - and appreciated the daily updates and photos to follow along with the progress. I would recommend them to anybody looking to have quality work done on their home!
Peartree was a great team and delivered everything we agreed to. I wanted to add a covered patio to existing home with an integrated roof and extended cement pad, with all new roofing. I also wanted them to correct some pre-existing roof issues and other smaller items. They listened to everything and provided a reasonable bid price. They were professional and had a great project management process and team. I would, and have recommended them to several other neighbors who also want a quality construction experience
