My Orkin tech, Richard (Ricky) was awesome. He explained the processes thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, efficient, personable and one of the best representatives that I've worked with in some time.

The Orkin technician was on time and did some exterior treatment but left because our doorbell apparently did not work. He did not knock or send a text to either of our phones. We found his card at our front door and called the local Orkin office to have him return to treat the interior. This was the technician’s first time to treat our home and in the final result did an excellent job. The treatment program has been effective.

I have had ants in the home and Chuck from the Orkin Charleston branch has been very helpful in keeping my home free of bugs. I would highly recommend using Orkin and Chuck as well!
