Contacted the salon for some help with a botched color from another salon. The owner, Chel, was amazing start to finish. She called me to discuss what happened at the other salon and took time to review photos and my explanation of my experience to understand what went wrong, what I wanted, and how she could help. I was grateful that she had availability to get me in same-day. As nervous as I was having just received a botched job, Chel eased my concerns with her expertise, explanation of everything she was going to do and how it was going to help, and her gentle and understanding nature. I highlight recommend this salon. Chel and her team are so nice and go above and beyond making you feel and look beautiful. This is how my mom’s hair turn out and she was delighted with the results. Michelle did an amazing job!
