Every two weeks the hospital I work for treats a group of adolescents girls with hair appointments as part of basic life skills and necessities. Yesterday was June 19, and the hair school allowed us to set an appointment for these young ladies and we pull up on time and the doors were locked and the business was closed for the Juneteenth holiday. Imagine the looks on their faces when we had to tell them it’s closed. I was crushed and I had to figure something. I reached out to Tierra, her hair school was closed. Normally I would have said ok thanks and left it like that. Today, I was determined, I have 6 girls with a small business budget, can you help me. Tierra is so amazing. Less than an hour later. My girls were their first excited. One said, I feel so fancy. The others like OMG this is princess treatment. Thank you so much. I highly recommend. She exquisite and deserves her roses.
