Terrible. For them to have such a “reputable” name behind them, their business sure doesn’t have any integrity. The come to “fix” your equipment and then leave your equipment exposed to be further damaged because of lazy technician work. Will NEVER call this company out. Trust that they are doing their work and doing their work correctly has been broken. Would not recommend whatsoever!
Absolutely horrible company! The technicians are nice but accounting and management are a disaster. They installed a garbage disposal switch that broke the next day. The came demanding payment NYC mob style without a proper invoice. Never told us once it was COD prior to the day after install. Came back multiple times, without fixing it demanding payment each time when it still didn’t work. Took them 2 months to finally fix it and harass daily for payment even to the point of coming to your business threatening you. Stay away!!! Bad business practice. You ever heard of invoices?!?
Called for service work on a hotdog grill roller to have the gaskets for the rollers replaced. I spoke to someone in their service department, who was very friendly and did her best to find the parts needed. To make the service faster, I dissembled the hotdog machine and cleaned the build up of grime. After waiting 2 weeks for parts, the technician made it on a Monday to fix the machine, and to my surprise, when I returned to work, the hotdog machine was still dissembled except for the gaskets placed on the rollers.
