HANDS DOWN the BEST construction company in all of Horry County, if not the STATE! We have used Watkins at multiple hotels and resorts that I have worked for over the past two decades, with outstanding results! The final product is better than you could have hoped for, and they always stand behind their work. Even when a repair may be required because your OWN STAFF sauntered through their fresh work before it was fully cured! They still came back and redid the floor sealcoat work we messed up ourselves! They won’t be the cheapest, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! So don’t call those other guys out 4 or 5 times to get the results you want…call Watkins Services Inc... read full review

My wife and I have owned a number of homes in different parts of the country and, at times, have contracted with local services to do everything from new roofs to remodeling a kitchen or bath. We count ourselves lucky to have found individuals/companies that did good work. But we have never hired anyone to take on a basic remodel of our entire home...we usually did much of the work and hired individuals with special skills to do the rest.
