Made appt for oil change and tire rotation. 9am for oil change 10 am for rotation. 11am car is 4th in line. When I asked “Stan” The manager, he said oil change was done and it was in line for rotation. So I pull up my email confirming the 10am rotation. He goes to check. Next thing I know the car is in the shop with the hood up and the oil is finally being changed …and it’s now after 11am. Oil appt. was at 9am. So I go to “Stan” again and he tells me , “yeah they they are doing the oil change now”. Are you kidding me? That’s why I made the appt for 9, not for them to start it after 11am. Then they charge me for the tire rotation, even after I let them...read full review

They are always helpful. The pharmacy Tech Evan and the ladies that are at the registers were extremely patient and supportive. In all my years I have never met two more empathetic people. Especially Shakina she will always be an Angel in my life. Thank you for your kindness when I needed it most. I would recommend them over any pharmacy in the area.

Diabetic. American citizen hope from the mission field in France where Diabetes is covered 100%. No copay. I used CVS for my prescriptions the first week home then transferred to Walmart which is infinitely closer. I have been to Walmart Pharmacy 3 times and every time have had to insist for my insurance to be accepted, for my prescriptions to be filled as ordered and to GET insulin because the pharmacy cut me off. In part due to my American dr translating incorrectly my insulin doses. But after all is said and done, I can't live without insulin and based on what I eat my doses change. Refusing insulin is stunning. The 3rd trip was preceded by a phone call so I could get in and out more quickly. First thing Erica said was you're not in our system and have never filled a prescription here. And that the price for my meds was almost $1000. Then she essentially hung up on me, put me on hold and I had to start over with someone who never said any of the things Erica did even and including telling me I couldn't get any of the insulins I was prescribed. To be fair they did sell me Novolin R without prescription and without regulation. Any damage that can be done with what I am prescribed can be done with Novolin R. ‍‍. Also they DID fill my 14 day sensors and after acknowledging a refill error and error in pricing ended up giving me 2 for free. That's why 3 stars instead of 1 star. Being asked for my insurance card every time I go does not inspire confidence. Having to fight for the right price does not inspire confidence. Being told something different by 2 employees in a 5 minute period? Wow.
