I went in with a issue with my phone. I delt with Scott,he was very professional and very helpful. Unfortunately my issues were more of a software problem vs a hardware issue. He give me a few ideas to try to fix it. I did get a lot of stuff working when I got home. I will be going back if I need anything fixed. And by the way...he didn't even charge me anything.

Was sent there thru insurance claim. Guy was extremely nice and said they can order part I needed and should be here mid week. He will call when it comes in and install with no worries
