When a customer's truck started leaking oil during their annual beach trip, they called around and found T&R would get them in. The team, led by Ron, had to replace the seals, oil pan, and timing cover gaskets, and they even came in lower on the bill than quoted.
Wow what can I say but amazing and what an awesome guest experience from start to finish Tim the service part GM went far and beyond the call of duty. I have always had bad stories about dealerships, but he reassured me that the dealership is not always the bad ones as what people betrayed them to be. Had a great experience buying my 2026 Ram RHO from Team Dodge RAM Fiat of Myrtle Beach and would highly recommend them.
We were traveling out of town towing a trailer and we had some mechanical issues with my truck. We stopped by the service center on January 1st due to the issue with my 2019 Ram 2500 with zero intention of buying a new truck. But when a good deal shows up, it’s hard to say no.
