    Strong Selves is the best personal training, self development program I have ever been a part of. In addition, we all support each other and have the best women in this group. I cannot stress enough how this has helped me in all aspects of my life. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out. One of the other awesome facet is that the "group" sessions only have a maximum of 4 women so that the personal trainers ensure you are doing the exercise correctly and YOUR OWN pace with the weights best for YOU. Really can't say enough about this personal training group!

    Are you searching for a fitness studio that offers support in fitness, nutrition, flexibility, and personal growth??? Well look no further…StrongSelves is the place for you! This studio offers both personal training and small group training just for women. I randomly found StrongSelves while doing an online search for fitness coaching. I am in my mid-60’s and was struggling with lower back issues. I had trouble doing any type of workouts without aggravating my back.     StrongSelves is a unique gym for women to train in complete comfort and confidence. Amanda and Cat are totally dedicated to their clients. They truly make training “personalized “.My experience with Amanda has been amazing. I feel like I am getting training, physical therapy, wellness coaching…and so much more.She has helped make my 69 year old body feel and look better than it has been after years of having back and shoulder pain.Amanda is super knowledgeable, upbeat and ? fun! A great combination.

At StrongSelves Studio we work one on one with our clients to do full-circle growth, which for us includes fitness, personal development coaching, recovery, and nutrition education. We help you make balanced nutrition (not a diet) a part of your daily life by helping you re-establish your relationship around food. A successful fitness journey has to start with successful habits. That's why we also put a lot of focus on changing limiting mindsets and creating daily rituals for our client's mental health. Because real long-lasting growth occurs from the inside out.
