We took our 16-year-old Bichon to them because our old groomer wouldn't groom her anymore due to her back legs being sore and wanted her to stand the whole time... Danny at scruffy to fluffy was amazing to her little Asa girl, she allowed her to lay down the entire time and she got the best grim of her life and when we picked her up she wasn't shaking or anxious to leave. She was calm as my husband held her. I cried. I was so happy that she got the respect she deserved. Before and after photos.
I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to say that after our first visit I know that I made the right decision taking Clifford to Scruffy to Fluffy for his first South Carolina grooming. They listened attentively, followed my requests exactly, and just did a great overall job. Very prompt and ready upon both our arrival and pick up, and really nice people as well.
I have been taking my dog here for years. They're doing excellent job. Looks like a totally different dog every time. They treat animals well , you can go in and watch how they do it. They're very friendly. A very good group of women
