This is long overdue, but I can’t say enough about this team! We had a nasty plumbing issue that started on the top floor and made its way to the master shower. We thought it was a clog in the main water pipe going to the street. They found the problem in the front of the house! There was a slit in one of the pipes that eventually burst. They came an assessed the problem, and back first thing in the am. They literally had to tear apart the front of landscaping, but they put it back exactly and neatly as it was. I was very impressed by that. And we still have not lost a flower or shrub. Great work guys!
This was such a professional experience with a pre photo of the technician to the pre-estimate. Our technician, Alex Rodriquez, was professional in arriving on time, accomplishing the job in a timely manner and being friendly. He is an employee that any company would be proud to have representing them.
The technician, jack, took time to explain the cause and the necessary steps to free the blockage. Took care to keep in house area clean and cleaned up when finished. He arrived on Labor Day about an hour after my call. We were very pleased with the results.
