Karen was fantastic. She went through my house paying close attention to the spots I had. She made sure every one of them came up. My carpet looks GREAT!! She did a terrific job and I wouldn't hesitate to call her again and to refer her to friends.

Outstanding job by Karen! Took a couch and two chairs we were going to throw away and made them look like new! Awesome cleaning process that they use - Extremely effective and dried quickly. Highly recommend and will use again.
