After working out at military gyms my entire career, this is my first experience with a civilian facility. I’m incredibly impressed with the general manager Jacob and his outstanding staff. Jacob greets customers by their first name and is always available to answer questions or resolve any issues. He and his staff truly understand the meaning of customer service and they do an exemplary job providing it!!! Thank you.

Manager (Jacob) at Carolina Forest Planet Fitness exceeds all expectations. Since he has come aboard gym is clean and all machines are in working order. We as members greatly appreciate his expertise.

After going to a few other PF in the area I must say Maddie has made me feel the best walking in daily!!!Since day 1 She never needs a reminder to turn on the massage chairs or hydros. Always holds a smile and moving all around! She’s great! Thanks Maddie
