Besides having something shoved up my nose, the whole experience was great with ARCpoint Labs. The location was a little weird. It was a shipping container set up in a restaurant parking lot. The lady couldn’t be any nicer though. She preoccupied us with good conversation, and the whole process was a breeze. She reassured us the tests would be run as soon as possible. I also had to contact customer service. They were very prompt in responding, kind, and helpful. This is definitely a company that I would do business with again!
