Recently I lost my glasses in Charleston. I reached out to the Optic Gallery and luckily they had a cancellation for the next day! I was overjoyed because I couldn’t see. Dr. Merhi was fantastic and I was able to get my glasses quickly. She also noted my eye pressures were high and referred me to a specialist. Luckily it turns out my eye pressures are borderline and I will now be monitored. Thank you so much Dr. Merhi! You are the best! ?
I had a wonderful experience at Optic Gallery. The optometrist and the entire staff were amazing, friendly, and professional. They took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, and they were so patient with me, and provided excellent care. The service was amazing. I truly appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was. I highly recommend Optic Gallery to anyone looking for outstanding eye care..
I tried fixing my glasses I bought online and failed miserably, I walked in here and Efraim fixed them within seconds…very courteous staff and will definitely come back for further eyecare needs..had a great stock of amazing looking glasses here
