Recently I lost my glasses in Charleston. I reached out to the Optic Gallery and luckily they had a cancellation for the next day! I was overjoyed because I couldn’t see. Dr. Merhi was fantastic and I was able to get my glasses quickly. She also noted my eye pressures were high and referred me to a specialist. Luckily it turns out my eye pressures are borderline and I will now be monitored. Thank you so much Dr. Merhi! You are the best! ?
So glad my wife and I decided to try their practice and they did not disappoint. They all work so well as a team, from Jenny, Dr. Merhi, Ephraim, to the receptionist. A quaint office space, warm and personal. We finally found our family eye care center.
I stopped in to Optic Gallery Family Eye Care because I accidentally broke the frames for my glasses and I was looking to get them fixed. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and assisted immediately. The woman at the front desk was kind and very professional. She was able to fix my frames in less than 10 minutes, and she didn't even charge me for the service! I am so grateful for this place for their help. The store itself is clean and beautiful. While I was waiting for my glasses to be fixed I did some window shopping and noticed that they have a lot of great frames to choose from and reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place.
