We visited On Point in Surfside under the worst circumstances. We were here on vacation, and our almost 16 year old pom became very ill. We unfortunately had to put him to sleep. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. Dr. Jackson was wonderful. We just dropped in, and they helped us and our little buddy, Lucky, so quickly. We are so grateful! Thank you for making such a hard thing as easy and stress free as possible.
On vacation at Myrtle Beach, my Yorkie developed an infected tooth. This clinic offers walk in services, and I was able to take her in that day. I have to commend them for their excellent response and help. I truly appreciated their care and consideration, and I highly recommend their clinic. Thank you so much, beginning with the office staff and a very competent and compassionate vet . As an aside , their bill was very reasonable, and they had medication on hand so I did not need an extra stop at a pharmacy. Awesome service.. Gabrielle and I thank you very much.
Knew patient and client with exotic ( raccoon) pet.
Dr. Yates was patient, took her time with my baby. she explained shot process so I understood. Highly recommend. will be changing my pets over to On Point
