I’ve had a membership for almost 2 years now. I received a text they send out to fill open spots at 4:38p Wed for an appt at 11a Thurs. I took the 11a appt. Thurs AM I had a work zoom mtg I had to be on get rescheduled to 12 noon. I called to reschedule my appt.. but that did not matter, they require 24 hour cancellation so they would take away 2 visits from me because I had a 90 minute facial. So that was basically a $160 cancellation fee. I understand staff depends on appointments, But life also happens for people. Why not deduct 1 visit for a cancellations less than 24 hours period? Instead they base it on the service I was getting. That is utterly poor client...read full review

I just had my first professional massage with Katherine. To say it was great is an understatement. From the time I entered the building everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous and Katherine put my mind at ease quickly. I will definitely return.

I have been a member since 2018. The hardest thing about being a member is getting an appointment in the time that is convenient for "working" people. 8-5 or 7-7. I usually book online so I can look at my schedule when booking. My last visit was 03-22-2022, I left a review for 2 things, one, how hard it is to get an appointment and second, the quality of the facial I received. ME called me back on the review, first I thought wow they are really calling me back, but then, said I should book an appointment when I leave instead of online because the online status does not update like it should. Is this the proper way it should be handled? wouldn't most think, if a company offered a service that service would be provided. They never asked me about my experience with the service. My complaint about the service is that I hardly feel anything during the session, I had requested a little more attention around the eyes, but the whole experience was robotic, nothing personal. I work in health care, I also have my manicurist licence, so professionalism is a must for me, it should be for all. Nothing was resolved. I do this one treat for myself, it is not a cheap treat, but something I really wanted. I usually never complain about anything, but it is time for me to cancel my membership and move on.
