I couldn't find the mascara I was looking for, but an absolutely WONDERFUL associate named Shannon helped me find something even better than what I originally wanted. She made me feel so pampered and was hands-down the warmest and friendliest person I encountered in the entire day of black Friday shopping.... and that was at the END of the day! She was so helpful, an absolute gem, and her fantastic customer care (not just customer service) made my day. THANK you so much Shannon!

Ulta Beauty in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina exceeded my expectations with their "Long Layers" haircut. The stylist was skilled and attentive. The result was fabulous, and I left feeling confident and beautiful. A top-notch salon experience!

Helpful staff. Staff located product I wanted at another store. Helped find less expensive products. Only compliant is I smelled to high heaven after leaving the store… so much fragrance in the store.
