    Mancill used to be a top notch company. Ever since Richard Mancill passed away and the new owner Jimmie Cummins took over the company has gone completely downhill. It is a shame that the name Mancill has become synonymous with poor customer service and shoddy workmanship. My elderly father's $500,000 house got flooded out after a sharkbite fitting that they installed gave way in the wall of his second story bathroom. I contacted the company and Debbie was extremely rude saying it wasnt there problem. She claimed that we were trying to scam them and told me to stop calling. My father ended up having to foot the bill of $10k to fix the damage caused by there shoddy workmanship. The plumbing company I called to fix the leak said only DIY hacks use sharkbite fittings and the water line should of been properly soldered back together since it was concealed in the wall. Never again will I use them and I tell my story so others dont get literally soaked like my father did by this company. Quite a few of my father's friends have said the same thing about the company has gone downhill since old man Mancill passed away and its no longer a reputable service provider.

    We have been using Mancill for years, and they've never let us down. We had a hot water heater burst on a Saturday night, and Moose came out on Sunday, during a storm, to replace it. While here, a tornado came through part of our neighborhood and knocked out power, so he wasn't able to fully check it before leaving for another job. Once power came back on we gave it a few days - had small issue, which was quickly responded to and corrected. Can't recommend this company highly enough.

    I had an urgent electrician need this past Saturday, called Mancill and I believe I spoke to Scott. I explained my situation to him. He told me that he could come and told me what the charge would be per hour. Scott and Bobby showed up approximately one hour later, had the problem diagnosed and fixed in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this company.
