I went to the Lapels on River Oaks Dr.. I explained to the young lady that I needed the shirt laundered and pressed the next day. She said that she would do everything to have it back in the store by 5 pm. I was surprised by a text saying the shirt was back sooner than expected. The young lady was very polite and helpful. I am very happy to find a dry cleaners that does an excellent job on cleaning and pressing clothes and provides hometown service.
They go out of their way to help you! The end product is fabulous, thus the reason I stay with them. However, they are very expensive which I would think would keep a lot of people from using them.
The service was great, the woman behind the counter was very friendly. I brought in a scarf/pajmina a gift from a friend, was cleaned and ironed, however it had some pilling that I would have thought would have been removed, but wasn't. None the less I would use them again.
