Roger was able to get us on the schedule within the week and accommodated our tight timeline. He was thorough and looked for all the important factors like mold and infestations as well as craftsmanship of a remodel that was done by the previous homeowner. We would definitely use Ketterman & Associates Home Inspection again! Thank you again😊
Mr. Roger was amazing!! He communicated with me clearly throughout the process and adjusted to the date I needed due to builder/construction delays. I would recommend him to anyone! I called Mr Ketterman and asked about mold inspections, he answered right away. He got out to us quickly and addressed our issues. He throughly communicated some mitigation techniques to ensure the problems wouldn’t come back. Highly recommend 10/10 for all inspection needs.
