“I spoke with Kirk the owner explained my situation in detail and he said he would stop by within a few days to fix a minor issue I had. Not only did he not stop by he never responded to my multiple texts and phone calls. It saddens me because he seems like a really nice person, however his lack of follow-through ended up resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage.I am changing my review because Kirk the owner responded to my text and this review. He seems like a really nice/standup person who informed me that he was not feeling well. While I understand and have true compassion for his situation, a quick text or call would have saved a tremendous amount of cost and inconvenience.“

“Tom has proven to me that he has the skill to tackle just about anything. He did an amazing job of removing a propane fireplace that was improperly installed, covering up a nuisance arched window with drywall, hiding wires to my TV and assembling and installing an entertainment center to replace the fireplace. This project required him to repair and install drywall and flooring. He just finished installing tile in my bathroom and did a beautiful job on this project too. On both of these projects he was reliable, skillful, knowledgeable and courteous.“
