My only complaint is that they are finished. I have never had such a satisfactory home improvement. The workmanship is first class. Doug took my vision and improved upon it. Thank you so much“

“I spoke with Kirk the owner explained my situation in detail and he said he would stop by within a few days to fix a minor issue I had. Not only did he not stop by he never responded to my multiple texts and phone calls. It saddens me because he seems like a really nice person, however his lack of follow-through ended up resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage.I am changing my review because Kirk the owner responded to my text and this review. He seems like a really nice/standup person who informed me that he was not feeling well. While I understand and have true compassion for his situation, a quick text or call would have saved a tremendous amount of cost and inconvenience.“
