H2O PROS have done a wonderful job installing a new water heater for us. They understood our need for hot water and reacted quickly. They also arrived when they said they would and their technicians were knowledgable and communicative. Days after the water heater installation, we had a minor issue with the temp and pressure control valve which they did not touch during the installation of the water heater. I called them and they immediately came out and replaced the valve at no cost even though it wasn't a problem that they caused.
