I stopped by the Myrtle Beach location and Tina was great to deal with. She was knowledgeable, fast, and efficient and had a solution for my issue. She is a true asset to Eastway Lock & Key Inc. and next time I have an issue I will go directly to her.
Can't recommend these guys enough. I had such a great experience in this mom and pop business where they treat you like you matter! I have a small chest that is a family heirloom. I never lock it because I don't have the key but a friend accidentally closed the lock. After many months, and many keys I tried, I finally brought the box in to Eastway. After some inspection, he figured out that the lock only needed to be pressed, and the lid would pop open! We both had a good laugh, and he sent me off, no charge. Would definitely patronize these guys again if I have the need!!
Got a new fob for 18 year old Colorado. Made an appointment for it to be programmed. Colorado's are very difficult to do anything without having Chevy do it. But they got on it and had it done in about 15 mins!Thanks, EastwayChuck
