The facilities were very nice, the wait time was minimum and most importantly the staff was very helpful, professional, caring and kind. The M.D. is excellent.
I was very stressed with my symptoms when I arrived. The receptionist was helpful , kind and very professional. The nurse couldn’t have been any more caring and understanding . She made me comfortable and we enjoyed pleasantries.Dr Wilkoszewski was very reassuring , and very professional.My experience was perfect and when I called back with a question I was given an immediate response.Excellent clinic.
I LOVE the ability to sign in online and complete all the paperwork before you ever arrive there. The NP Vanessa Suggs was excellent! She was thorough, but had me in and out of the office quickly. The reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 is that even though I did everything online....it asks how long your drive will take and I said 1 minute, as I live a stones throw from the clinic. It gives you an estimated appointment time then tells you to be there 10 min before. I did this and it was exactly 1 hour from the time I was supposed to be seen until I got out. I would have much preferred to sit in my car until they were ready for me. Just a thought.
All staff were very friendly and helpful. Hundreds of miles away from home with medical needs is not ideal, but the staff made the situation as easy and comfortable as possible.
