My son was sick on New Year’s Day, and luckily, we found this clinic open. It was our first time here, and the front desk attendant was cheerful and very helpful. We did have a wait time but it wasn’t unreasonable. Kara took us back and got all of our information and details for our visit. She was extremely pleasant and made my son feel comfortable. Tests were given to help with a quick diagnosis, and she made sure to make them as painless as possible for him. We were then seen by Carla Norris, NP. I conveniently "saved my spot" on the website for a specific time and I was seen right away when I arrived at the "saved" time. Office and medical staff were friendly and professional. Medical testing completed in the clinic and treatment provided. Very pleased and would recommend this facility.

Best urgent care center. Quick, simple check-in and excellent doctors who provide thoughtful care. Front desk staff is also efficient and kind. My husband and I have been there a half-dozen times and have had consistently good experiences.

MEDcare Urgent Care has been serving the North Myrtle Beach Community since 1986. We are located at 3816 Hwy 17 S, one mile North of Barefoot Landing, next to Zaxby's . Our center is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Feel free to walk in, no appointment is necessary, but we do recommend Saving Your Spot Online and E-Registering to reduce time in the waiting room.
