Had Brown and Reaves come to my new home on 3 occasions. 12/27/16 found a hole in ac ductwork,trip switch in pan not connected,3/15/17 came to clean coil and check humidity levels,4/28/17 found blower speed on wrong setting,made adjustments,checked outside unit.latest visit was an attic check of existing ductwork that is very Restrictive ,causing flow issues on other side of home.Every visit was on time,they called 1hr before,his crew was very professional,well mannered,Respectful, actually listened to my concerns.Daniel is very professional and Honest,many E mails back and forth, I will rate them at 5 stars

Forget about this company, worst experience ever! Charges horrendous amounts, no integrity! Look for someone else, these guys are dishonest and a rip off!
