Colleen Hord was the listing agent for our proper in Seagate Village. I would highly recommend Colleen if you are contemplating purchasing or selling property in Myrtle Beach and/or the surrounding area. Colleen Hord is a highly conscientious real estate agent. She has the patience of a saint. She showed me houses for at least three years prior to me coming down to South Carolina from the north. She helped me find my dream home, and when I finally came down, the first house that she showed me checked all the boxes of everything that I wanted. I love my house and neighborhood and it’s perfect for this portion of my life as a retiree. Colleen is very personable and knowledgeable in terms of what her client is looking for.
