Whatever you do stay far away from this company. Especially if you have a mold problem. They are not trained. They are not professionals and they will make your problem 100 times worse. We trusted this company to come in and remove mold damage and contain the situation and they use absolutely zero protective measures and exposed my entire house to mold, which has been confirmed by multiple companies now. I have contacted the owner about the very serious nature of this issue and he refuses to respond to my messages And I have received no explanation as to why there was no measures taken to protect my home. This technician cut into a wall filled with mold, did not use any negative air intake (which is standard practice) or put protective barriers around the wall prior to doing so. I’m going to have to get rid of my entire bed set. I’m going to have to probably throw out all of my clothes And have been advised that my entire house has now been exposed to Asbestos. They don’t respond they make huge messes leaving your house and I have no idea how this company has such a high rating. I’m trying to save you the heartache and serious financial burden that this company will cause if you hire them for mold restoration. There has to be lies all over their website because there is no chance this is a true license mold remedy company.

If you have any needs for ductwork or remediation, this is 100% the company to use. They are locally owned and operated, which we really appreciate because they were always quick to assist. Prices are very reasonable given the excellent quality of products they use and service received. We have used them twice - once for our personal home and also for a rental property, and both experiences were excellent from start to finish.

excellent customer service, on time and very informative. they can see through walls with the thermal imaging and it was very helpful to see where we can save money just doing some simple things like new weather strips or caulking in certain areas. Also if you have any mold issues they can take care of that. all around great company

We hired Bactronix to test the air quality and clean the air ducts in our home. Their comprehensive testing was thorough, detailed, and we were able to eliminate potential mold and mildew issues.
