John thought he couldn’t have someone here in time for me, as I needed service that day or the next - so I was going to call someone else - and then he called me eight back and said they understood I needed help quick and he realized they were already sending Joe to Mt P anyway - so they were going to fit me in!! This was much appreciated, and when Joe stopped by to fix my front door, which was literally falling off the hinges since whoever installed it used short screws, he was so helpful, quick, friendly, and professional. I am truly grateful!!“
