Mullins Veterinary Hospital
“First impression was great. The receptionist who answers the phone and greets people are the face of a business. The receptionist was extremely friendly and took the time to answer my questions in detail when I called to make my first appointment with this veterinarians office. When I arrived, I wasn’t waiting long in the waiting area. The tech was very friendly, calm, and felt like she wanted to take the time to find out all the information I had to make an informed decision on the steps they would take. The doctor was as equally friendly, calm, and took the time to provide the results of the test and listen to and answer any questions I had. This office found what was wrong with my pet and treated her in a way I knew they were out to make my pet better and wasn’t out to drain my wallet. This left me leaving this office feeling like they genuinely care about the animals they see, found what was wrong, and provided the care that was needed, which is not always easy to find.”
