First impression was great. The receptionist who answers the phone and greets people are the face of a business. The receptionist was extremely friendly and took the time to answer my questions in detail when I called to make my first appointment with this veterinarians office. Today I had to say goodbye to one of the best cats I’ve ever had the privilege to be in my life. I came from Maryland and was scared about finding a new vet but today showed me just how much you love my animals as I do. The compassion and love that I felt from both of you as we sent Bubba on his way made me feel like family, and that meant the world to me.
