Tomorrow will make the 1yr mark of Dr. Spatola doing my Australian cattle dog’s eye surgery. She was diagnosed with Anterior Lens Luxation & needed the lens from her right eye removed. Surgery went well & her eye is doing great. She needs to the same surgery on her left eye as well but for now, we are managing with daily eye drops. I absolutely recommend this facility. The staff are wonderful & have been so accommodating with me & Kip!
Doctor Spatola and Doctor Martini are incredibly knowledgeable and truly care about the wellbeing of our pets. They were able to help us identify an underlying illness in our Boston Terrier which saved her life. They've also treated our Great Dane puppy with the same level of care and professionalism. They truly are the best in their field and we are lucky to have them right here in our community.
We can't say enough about Animal Eye Institute of Charleston. Our Cali developed cataracts because of the insulin she had to take for diabetes. She was virtually blind. We came in to see Dr Korb to inquire about cataract surgery. From the moment we walked into the office everyone was so caring. We felt comfortable to proceed with the surgery. We're so glad we did! Cali can now see again! I would highly recommend Animal Eye Institute to anyone whose pets are having eye problems. You won't regret it! Thank you Dr. Korb and your entire staff! And Cali thanks you too!
