Dr. Shannon and team were great and covered all scenarios/options with us prior to our 14 yr old pup’s dental cleaning and extractions. Amazing. All staff treated me and my family with a lot of respect, empathy, and most importantly helped my loving 8 year old Lab with getting teeth extracted! I was very nervous about this surgery due to his age and going under anesthesia but both Dr. Shannon and Rachel followed up with me every step of the way and made sure I knew he was in good hands!
