“I wish I could give ten stars! Liz worked a total miracle on my hair and I'm so so happy. I've been to a ridiculous amount of Charleston salons and have had some pretty disastrous color results. I had basically decided no one in this area knew how to color hair correctly. Then a coworker recommended Moxie Miller and I figured I had nothing to lose. I went in with very dark, box color-treated hair and some weird orange balyage and came out with shiny, smooth perfectly highlighted hair. Liz spent a long time "fixing" the mess I sat in her chair with and was so professional and knowledgeable. I knew right away this was going to be my salon from now on. She is wonderful at explaining each step and is very detail-oriented to do the best job possible. I am beyond thrilled with my hair and actually look forward to future appointments! “I cannot say enough about Shelly and her crew! I called after our barber found lice in my son’s hair. Lice Beware squeezed us in for an appointment. They immediately put me at ease as soon as I walked in the door. They got right to work treating my son and my daughter. They had DVD players for the kids to keep them distracted while they were being treated. All the staff was so knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was sent home with a follow up treatment plan and an appointment to come back for a recheck. I left feeling at ease and really empowered with how to prevent lice in the future. If you find yourself in my shoes please give these lovely ladies a call. I am so glad I did!“

“Was my 1st time at Vanity Salon with Joel as my stylist and I won’t be going anywhere else again, ever (unless of course Joel were to leave-I’d follow that bright ray of sunshine anywhere). I got a bayalage, cut and style. I have a poor history with my hair and he was very upfront and honest about the realistic outcome from what I currently have while maintaining the integrity of my hair. The conversation was engaging and hilarious and the entire staff joined in on multiple conversations, which made the whole experience feel comfortable. The best part, it was super affordable!! “Today I took my very difficult 2.5 yr old son to get his hair cut here. He kicked and screamed the entire time but Nicole was super awesome about it. She did such an amazing job especially considering the circumstance. He has only had his hair cut once before before at another place. They basically just buzzed it even though we said we wanted to keep a little length on top and in the front. Nicole listened to what I told her. I told her I fully understood if she ended up having to go super short because he was being difficult. I am so pleased with the result! She also gave me advice to come back every 4-6 weeks because the kids get more used to it and start to do better. I am so pleased! Thank you!“

“Kinz & Co. did hair and make-up for 7 ladies at our house before my son's wedding and did a fantastic job. They were professional, fun and responsive. Everyone wanted something a little bit different and the ages ranged from 24 to 62, but they manged to make everyone happy. We all got many compliments on our hair and make-up and looked and felt beautiful all day (and into the night). The house call made life easy during the busiest of days.
