I had a great experience with Aptus Home Services. Martin did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater and relocating it from inside my house to the garage. He handled everything—including the electrical work—and made the whole process feel easy. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional, and his pricing was extremely reasonable for the amount of work involved. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. He walked me through everything, made sure the system was working perfectly, and even took care of small details I wouldn’t have thought about. The installation required rerouting plumbing, installing new piping and electrical, sealing everything properly, and making sure it was all up to code. Everything was done cleanly and efficiently. What really stood out was that he came back another day to help me install a new shower head and didn’t charge me for it. That level of customer service is rare. I’ll definitely be using Aptus Home Services again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Truly a great experience—I’ll be a lifelong customer!
