“Park West Veterinary has been such a great place to take my 9 year old yellow lab. The staff goes out of their way to make my dog comfortable. They also are very forthcoming about the cost of various procedures so you are prepared for what you are going to spend. My dog feels nothing but love as soon as he walks through the door!“

“While at our beach place over Christmas, our 17yo had a painful eye issue flare up. A local Myrtle Beach vet (that we managed to get an appt with) called to see if Animal Eye Care could see our litte old man, as they were concerned about a pending rupture. Animal Eye Care was willing to see us immediately and even called me 3 times during my 1.5 hr rush drive to get to them (to be sure I knew where they were located, to check on him, and to get my ETA as it was almost closing time and they were waiting for him). Everyone at the office was absolutely WONDERFUL...the front desk, techs, and MD! They rushed to see our boy the minute we walked in...to evaluate his eye. The care they showed my old man was incredible, even at closing time! The MD even knew his opthalmalogist in NC and had me email the records I had to her, so she knew his history. The office was great at f/u, answering a question that arose, and they told me how to get help if needed when they were closed. The only negative thing I could say is they are located 2.5 hrs from our place, but I would jump in the car in a heartbeat to go back if needed! They get 5 stars, but deserve 10 stars in my opinion!
