Another plumber had done a horrible job “fixing” the toilet in our rental and it was still leaking after 2 visits. I called Bobby and he was able to quickly correct the problem. He completely exchanged the insides of the toilet in the same time it took the other plumber to talk about it. Bobby is the only plumber we will use. I could have it “repaired for free” by my landlords plumber or I can pay on my own to get it done right. I would rather pay and know my water bill will no longer be high.
