I was extremely fortunate to find this company as I have used several grand strand companies over the years but these guys exceded all expectations. Casey arrived with his guys were on time , efficient, clean and respectful. He provided a very detailed estimate including all the items I needed. Superior workmanship in every way. Complete HVAC replacement, all new ductwork, new register and electrical box plus removal of old attic system. Three floor townhouse was difficult attic placement but all three guys were excellent. This will be my HVAC company for every need in the future.

Showed up on time, very professional left hardly at trace of the trees they had removed. Ground out the stumps and even cleaned up and blew out the debris and made it all nice and smooth which is super important as this is also my horse pasture. Also removed a tricky tome tree right next to the fence and the barn 50 foot plus pine We also walked the property and he gave me advice on what Tree should go because they were weak or sick and when I added six more trees that day they came it was no problem. I just added it and kept on going. We will be seeing them again in the fall when we remove another 15 or 20 trees as part of our renovations
The staff was friendly and the place was clean. It's located right on the beach, we had a great view and the king size bed was comfortable.

They show up within minutes of me calling. My breaker box had a burning smell coming from it. It could not be fix until the electric company came to disconnect the meter from the outside. The guys from summit were there the every next morning to fix it along with a few light switches. It has been about 3 months now and I'm still waiting on the bill. I even called and left a message 2 weeks ago letting them know I still had not received a bill. I guess they will get around to billing me at some point but I don't mind paying for the services I received, especially knowing I plan to use this company in the future.

They had top soil that we needed. It was clean, not full of sticks and rocks or big clumps. They where friendly and helpful. If I need to get land scaping material I will be coming back here.

I had a small job and was worried that I couldn't find anyone to do the job.After looking on Google maps it seemed that all the companies stated roofer contractors and big jobs like metal roofs installers and so on:: I called 1st Maintenance and he said sure no problem, I was so glad and he came out the same day. The job was replacing roof cap shingles on my roof. He took time to go back and forth to make sure he had the right color to match my shingles to do the job correctly. He completed the job at a very reasonable price and I was so happy I wanted to give him a tip also.I would recommend this company for any size job although mine was a small job yours may not be --- just give them a call to compare!!!!

I took my dog for a visit on a Saturday morning, because it’s hard for me to get to our previous Vet with my work schedule M-F. I arrived early, about an hour before they opened to get in line. We did have to wait, but it was worth the wait. The staff was so kind and loving with my anxious girl and made this one of the best vet experiences we had in the last 5 years. The price were also a very pleasant surprise! We will be back. ??

Not only is it about 3 minutes from my house, they are amazing. I have been looking for the right nail salon for a very long time. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails. The owner is wonderful. She is very easy to have a conversation with. Her and her husband make you feel like you have known them for years. I have only been a customer 2 times in the last 3 months. Very affordable and my nails look great. PLEASE GIVE THEM A CHANCE. DO NOT GO BY THERE LOW STAR REVIEW. I DECIDED TO IGNORE THE STAR REVIEW AND I AM SO HAPPY I DID. FYI I had a full set with acrylic and gel polish and they last me a minimum of 30 days.
