“My 52 year old rear 8ft Sliding Glass Door had become ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE to Open and Close due to Faulty Wheels and Track plus the Lock and Handle had fallen off. Paul from Coastline Glass came out, evaluated the situation and provided a Very Fair Estimate to replace the Wheels/Track and Handle/Lock. Fortunately the parts came in early and the work was scheduled a few days later. Vaughan and Anthony the installers contacted me on Installation Day to confirm the time. They showed up on time and proceeded to get to work. I'm still not sure exactly how but my Belgian Girls got out and surrounded both Vaughan and Anthony on the back patio since the Sliding Glass Door was removed for the repair. The Belgian Girls were very FRIENDLY and Vaughan and Anthony both have Dogs so I got the Girls contained back inside the house and Vaughan and Anthony got the Door Repaired and re-installed. It works PERFECTLY NOW and GLIDES like ICE SKATES ON ICE. Paul, Vaughan, and Anthony were all VERY PROFESSIONAL and EXPERTS at what they do. Todd the Owner should be VERY PROUD. I would DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.”

Our satisfaction which was superb work he did a fantastic job! He made sure to explain everything to us before doing it if he could or just been reliable he would himself get 5 stars. But as for the company they stand by what they tell you and their products are top notch! They made all right for our installer time frame but they made sure to make us happy before walking out the door! I do know that their other installers are top-notch crazy fast. I have a lot of friends that have used this company and the job was completed in 1 to 2 days. This company cannot be responsible or be held responsible for the lack of commitment ship or reliability that an installer has when they’re all individual contractors, but they still made it right. Go here get your windows and doors. You won’t be sorry ask for Shelly. She is the best. Shelley, you deserve a raise. You are absolutely the front face of that company and you are spectacular. We love you. Thank you for being so awesome at your job and caring about your job. That is why this company is five stars because of their product and what they stand behind truly if you wanna know the truth if they ever lose Shelley, they might be in trouble lol.”
