My wonderful friends were gracious enough to open their beach house to me for a much-needed change of scenery and reprieve from my daily life. While staying in their beautiful home, I fell asleep on their porch enclosed by Eze Breeze vinyl windows. As I went to shut the windows before going to bed, I accidentally tilted one and it popped out of the track. The next morning, I realized the vinyl was damaged where it hit the corner of the chair. I panicked. A quick Google search and phone call connected me with Michelle, a very friendly assistant who advised they were only five minutes away. I just got off the phone with Michelle who is absolutely wonderful!!! She is so kind and patient and answered all of my questions with professionalism and genuine concern. This company will make you feel like family within a matter of minutes!!! I highly recommend!
