“My wonderful friends were gracious enough to open their beach house to me for a much-needed change of scenery and reprieve from my daily life. While staying in their beautiful home, I fell asleep on their porch enclosed by Eze Breeze vinyl windows. As I went to shut the windows before going to bed, I accidentally tilted one and it popped out of the track. The next morning, I realized the vinyl was damaged where it hit the corner of the chair. I panicked. A quick Google search and phone call connected me with Michelle, a very friendly assistant who advised they were only five minutes away. All I had to do was remove the pane and take it to be rerolled. They even did it while I waited, during which time Michelle gave me a tutorial in their showroom to show me how to properly replace it without causing any more damage.
