“I went to La Di Da for the first time today for a pedi and an acrylic fill and gel polish. My technician was GREAT so this review is not against her. However, when I went to pay I was charged $115. I was shocked as I thought the pedi and fill were $40 each which would have come to a total of $80. Not the case. They charge $25 for a mani (I was told that was prepping for my acrylic fill and gel), plus $25 for acrylic, plus $15 for gel, plus $10 because I needed two nails replaced. I reluctantly understand the $10 nail replacement fee even though I've never been charged elsewhere. I went to La Di Da because the usual place I go books too many people at once and you have to wait. Like I said, my technician was great, my technician took me on time, easy to make appointments, the view inside the salon is beautiful, and the salon is very nice; however, the pricing for nail fills is a bit extreme. Just be aware they do charge a $25 manicure fee and everything else is an add on. I've never had this happen before so I don't know if this is standard practice or not. Just be aware of the pricing.“

“Kendra- Licensed Esthetician, been going to her since she was the "only one" in Little River SC. Always a positive place and there is never a bad day wirh her. She also let's you nap and doesn't mind the snores, when getting lashes after a long day of parenting or just a self care day. She does not disappoint, she is always respectful of her her clients time, and very professional. As long as she offering lashes, I don't care if it's a month or two, I always head back to Kendra! I love it there! Keep up the good work Kendra, Thank you!“

“I started at PBT about 3 wks ago,I left a small salon of which I hadn't acquired much color or held color, I used the lotion recommended but no change...Sooo headed out to find some place better.
I walked into this salon which was clean,friendly,full of products,and a staff full of knowledge! Jerrica who was amazing,got me set up with what I needed for lotions,ect! I now have DARK color where I wasnt able to tan(legs)and Im holding color!!! Hands down the best tanning I've ever experienced! The beds are amazing and not outdated! The WHOLE team at this salon is excellent ? Im sooo thankful to have stumbled onto PBT“

“I've read some of the less than stella reviews and they are just plain unfair. Waiting for my wife, I've witnessed firsthand the idiocy of some of these people as the insult and argue with the highly pleasant and professional staff of PBT NMB. Some of these people are tragically just stupid. Most act like they are owed something. The staff of Abby, Ava, Shannon, and Teresa are pleasant, professional, and very very patient with everyone they encounter. Customer service can be taxing, and these ladies handle it all with professional panache. 5 stars all the way.“
