I've read some of the less than stella reviews and they are just plain unfair. Waiting for my wife, I've witnessed firsthand the idiocy of some of these people as the insult and argue with the highly pleasant and professional staff of PBT NMB. Some of these people are tragically just stupid. Most act like they are owed something. The staff of Abby, Ava, Shannon, and Teresa are pleasant, professional, and very very patient with everyone they encounter. Customer service can be taxing, and these ladies handle it all with professional panache. 5 stars all the way.

Everyone is very professional & they present your options efficiently & do so with Southern hospitality. I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to tan whether it's spray or bed or if they want to use the red-light therapy which can be done in a sauna or not. You want regret stopping in & trying this Palm Beach location.
