Beyond impressed with the customer service at Salon Envy! Visiting from NC and was so excited about getting highlights and haircut w/Taylor then my vehicle battery died. I was grateful to be r/s only to have continued car issues. Instead of having an inconvenienced and disgruntled attitude, which seems to be the new company way these days, the young lady was so pleasant and genuinely concerned. She attempted to r/s, unfortunately, I will be leaving town. I highly recommend giving Salon Envy a try. I’m sure they will not disappoint! Thanks for making my day better!
I can’t recommend Marley enough! I was so nervous about getting my hair done after having bad experiences in the past, especially being a natural redhead, but she completely exceeded my expectations. She gave me the exact color and look I was hoping for! During my haircut, she took her time, cut slowly, and checked in with me before taking off any more length, which made me feel so comfortable. She was incredibly communicative throughout the entire appointment, and I truly appreciated that. I’m beyond happy with my hair and so excited to have finally found my new stylist. I’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending Marley to everyone I know!
