Beyond impressed with the customer service at Salon Envy! Visiting from NC and was so excited about getting highlights and haircut w/Taylor then my vehicle battery died. I was grateful to be r/s only to have continued car issues. Instead of having an inconvenienced and disgruntled attitude, which seems to be the new company way these days, the young lady was so pleasant and genuinely concerned. She attempted to r/s, unfortunately, I will be leaving town. I highly recommend giving Salon Envy a try. I’m sure they will not disappoint! Thanks for making my day better!
I started going here about a year ago! I love Taylor! She does an amazing job. She gets the color and the cut exactly how I want it and is always a good conversationalist! The atmosphere is great and laid back. I would recommend my friends to go here!
Madison is so patient. She listens and offers suggestions. My hair is always a struggle.It grows slowly and doesn't color well. Madison took her time and my hair looks great!!! If you struggle with your hair color, definitely go see Madison at Salon Envy.
