“We were having an issue with our mini split Leaking condensation on the inside of our closed in porch.
I called, trusted home services and spoke to Ray. She was so pleasant to speak with and scheduled Matt to come out later that day. We were not going to be home . I asked Ray if it was possible for him to come in the back door if I leave It unlocked. (The door off of our porch leading into our house was locked) She said if we were good with that, they were good with it.
