We were having an issue with our mini split Leaking condensation on the inside of our closed in porch.
I called, trusted home services and spoke to Ray. She was so pleasant to speak with and scheduled Matt to come out later that day. We were not going to be home . I asked Ray if it was possible for him to come in the back door if I leave It unlocked. (The door off of our porch leading into our house was locked) She said if we were good with that, they were good with it.
Matt messaged my husband when he was on his way and called my husband once he was finished up to let him know what the issue was. It was a minor issue and no extra charges were added to the service...read full review

I've been with this company for several years. I've tried others but I found this company. More caring, concern and helpful. Louis is an outstanding person that puts her clients first. Her staff is great. She always shows she cares with holidays cards etc. THIS company I would highly recommend.😊😊❤️
